hi , yes on the gen light , 120w model there is only a six foot cord , it
can be placed up to six feet away , the thing is with this model is , it is
the best one , it has up tp a 36 hour run time at 120w ! it has timer
capabilities and an auto /on off switch , it has a cast aluminum case and is
a very nice light , the plus model 150w to 175w runs 108 leds , runs up to
12 hrs and has a condensed solar panel only 12" x 37" this has a
longer cord possibly 10 or 12 ft . There is a cord that plugs in to charge the storage pack
